Energising the CX Industry

Another month, another new customer website! Following a glowing referral from an existing client, we were awarded the opportunity to work with Enigen, specialists in Customer Experience Optimisation and a certified Oracle CX partner. They required a new website with a refreshed style, increased user control and event management. Launching any site just before the Christmas holidays is always a mad rush. However, thanks to some expert project management and a great relationship with the client, we were able to launch a clear month ahead of schedule.
