Introducing the This is Fever broadcast studio

Whilst many of our clients know us as a website design and development agency, we also deliver virtual and hybrid events from our state-of-the-art broadcast studio.

We support a range of clients to meet their virtual and hybrid event goals, from companies looking to generate leads and share their thought leadership by hosting regular webinars, to large organisations who leverage streaming to communicate important internal messages.

Ben Green, our company director, originated his career in the events industry, working on large show crews to deliver impressive in-person events before pivoting to a career as a developer.

Fast-forward to 2020,the COVID-19 pandemic was in full-swing and organisations were forced to either take their events online or cancel them. Ben’s event contacts called upon him and the Fever team to create a virtual platform to ensure the delegate experience was as best as it could be.

Now the pandemic is thankfully in the rearview mirror, but virtual and hybrid events are here to stay. Businesses are choosing this approach for many reasons, it’s a more sustainable and economic way to bring a global audience together, it allows organisations to engage with a much larger group than they would at an in-person event and they can gather more data from their attendees that they can use to further market to them.

Our facilities

We are proud to share an upgrade to our broadcast studio. This setup is perfect for running small webinars up to large-scale livestreams with vMix. Additionally, it can also be used for recording remote speakers in advance for an as-live broadcast.

Beyond the broadcast

We all know that the broadcasting of the event itself is only a small portion of what makes a seamless event. We’ve outlined the other important elements to nail if you want your event to meet your organisation’s goals:

Registration

Making it as easy as possible for your event to reach the right people is crucial if you want to engage your target audience.

Event communications

We are all busy people, and your registrants are no exception to this. Regular, branded communication that reminds your audience of their upcoming webinar is often the secret to keeping your registrants engaged.

Slide decks, videos, and animations

You’ve spent time and effort optimising the process to getting in front of your audience, so your content really needs to shine. Have you considered having your slides professionally designed? It allows you to focus on the content and your delivery, whilst ensuring your visuals are impactful and on-brand.

Post event follow-ups

Your event has finished but your work is far from over. This is your crucial time to make the most of the engagement you have generated. Schedule follow-up conversations with your attendees, share supplementary resources and don’t forget to reach out to folks that registered but didn’t attend as there may still be opportunities for you here.
